As the oldest OD Network in the country, ODN of New York has a rich legacy of leadership. We are grateful for their contributions on which we continue to build.


Served on the Board from 2013 to 2016 in four different roles: Programming Co-Chair, Secretary, Interim President and Treasurer. Cathy designed and co-facilitated a charrette process to “Reimagine, Redesign and Reignite” ODNNY community in May 2016. Cathy is a talent management consultant with a specialization in Learning & Development and Performance Management, as well as a training facilitator. Her clients range from start-ups to large global organizations.


Served on the Board from 2015 to 2017 as the Membership and Volunteers Director. Laura led the project that the ODNNY answer the question – “who do we serve.” As the Membership and Volunteer Director Laura ensured the ODNNY offerings met community needs and added true value. Laura is a psychologist and strategic executive coach in Seattle. Her main purpose and passion is to train and inspire women to boost their confidence by connecting with their strengths to achieve ambitious goals.


Served on the board from 2014 to 2016 as Programming Co-Chair. Robert developed a diverse range of programmatic offerings that were met with rave reviews by the ODNNY community. Robert is the Executive Director for the Youth Action Program and Homes in New York City.


Served on the board from 2012 to 2017 as programming Co-Chair. Tesmerelna mentored many volunteer’s in the programming committee and supported the development & execution of over 40 high quality and engaging community offerings through the course of her tenure. Tesmer is a philanthropist in New York City.


Sarah served on the Board from 2014 to 2015 as Membership and Volunteers Engagement Chair. Sarah co-organized networking events to help members in the OD community expand their connections in a social and fun environment. Sarah currently resides in Maine where she is an executive coach and internal consultant in OD, learning & development, and leadership development.


Jessica served as Director of Global Organizational and Leadership Development at Viacom, Inc. where she accelerates business growth by creating strategies for learning, analytics and performance globally. Before Viacom, she was at American Express where she developed learning strategies, designed curriculum content, created change management plans, and facilitated experiential learning sessions. Jessica has taught graduate courses in Organizational Structure, Leadership, HR, and Project Management at Ithaca College and the University of Texas.


Kayla is a part of EY's Global Talent Team where she is working to build a better working world for 50,000 Tax professionals globally. She is responsible for driving strategic talent priorities focused on talent development, career framework, workforce planning, diversity & inclusiveness, and more. Prior to joining EY, Kayla worked in Talent-related roles for a mid-sized insurance company in addition to a boutique staffing agency and received a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Baruch College in New York City. 


Antonia is an experienced consultant, coach, and facilitator with over 20 years’ experience in corporate and nonprofit sectors. She conducts training on a range of management issues facing nonprofits and businesses experiencing rapid growth. Antonia has a particular interest in professional services firms and often works with lawyers whose roles and responsibilities are in transition. Antonia has led Women’s Initiative for Self Employment in New York City as Executive Director, and before that was Chief Operating Officer at the Open Space Institute.
