As part of its mission to have a positive impact on its community, the OD Network of New York offers opportunities for OD practitioners - whether or not they're members - to help area nonprofits.

ODNNY Pro Bono Consulting Initiative

One way we help is through our Pro Bono Initiative, which matches up teams of volunteers with nonprofits who meet our criteria to help with issues related to staff turnover, low morale, rapid growth, board and leadership development and mission clarity, among other things.

We aim to help human services organizations with budgets under $5 million and a paid professional executive director.
