What We Do

We provide the following development opportunities to our members:

  • Mentoring & Community Building for New/Transitioning Members to discuss the field of OD and career plans.
  • Monthly Programs facilitated by nationally and internationally respected authors, professors, and organizational consultants. Programs are held at Pfizer, a corporate sponsor, and are free for members and $25.00 for non-members.
  • Pro-Bono Volunteering to non-profit organizations. OD and HR job postings.
  • Special Interests Groups that promote specific areas of knowledge and expertise for members.
  • Website that provides news, articles, membership directory and event promotions relevant to professional development.
  • Job Bank that provides open opportunities and contact information. [Please note that the Job Bank is only accessible to active members.]
  • Networking opportunities by having full access to the member database of information (available to active members only).

Whether you are a relative newcomer to the field, an experienced practitioner, or somewhere in between, you will have opportunities to build relationships with other like-minded professionals.

Since this is a member-driven organization, members are asked to join committees, write articles, lead or co-lead learning activities, thereby gaining visibility in their field and helping the field to grow.
