Our panelists were:

Jay D. Johnson: Accomplished organizational development leader skilled in organizational change, leadership and team development, and the implementation of best-in-class Human Resources strategies with over fifteen years of experience. Jay is currently a Change Management Specialist and Executive Coach at Above and Beyond International. Some of Jay's clients include BMW, L’Oreal, Phillips, MasterCard, and United Technologies.  Over the last two years Jay has lead major change management initiatives for Yale University and MetLife. 

Paul K McGinniss, PCC-ICF RPCC MSHR: Director, Solutions Delivery-North America for the NeuroLeadership Institute. He manages the training and delivery function for the solutions side of the business and is a Results Professional Certified Coach as well as an ICF Professional Certified Coach, going for his Master Coach certification. Paul brings the latest from the fields of neuroscience and NeuroLeadership to address the challenges and questions faced by business leaders.

Gary Schuman, PhD: For over twenty years, Dr. Gary Schuman has been a leading organizational consultant focusing on culture change, leadership, team building, and strategy facilitation.
