The Organization Development Network of New York is an association of OD practitioners, students, academics and others with an interest in continuous learning about change.

 

We seek to have a positive impact in the world by applying the principles and practices of Organizational Development to transform ourselves and our companies, organizations and communities. We provide opportunities for our members and others to learn and apply the latest OD theory and skills to create sustainable change.

 

The mission of ODNNY is to help its members support and create sustainable, transformative change. We do that by providing innovative programs, services, events and web-based forums where members can learn and connect with each other and with thought leaders and others interested in the impact of OD, and can share their own knowledge and skills.

 

We offer networking events and we collaborate with other professional organizations to expand the awareness of what OD can do. We educate others in our community about the role that OD professionals can have in creating positive change and uncovering new opportunities for growth.
