David Rock is one of the thought leaders in the global coaching profession.  The coaching system he developed in the mid-90’s has been taught to over 10,000 professionals worldwide.  He is the founder of Results Coaching Systems, which is helping organizations such as Ericsson, EDS and American Express build coaching cultures.  He is the author of three books, Quiet Leadership, Coaching with the Brain in Mind and the brand-new Your Brain at Work.  David is also the founder of the NeuroLeadership Summit and Journal, a global initiative bringing neuroscientists and leadership experts together to build a new science for leadership development.  He is on faculty at CIMBA, an international business school in Europe, and a guest lecturer at Oxford University in the UK.  He is collaborating closely with several neuroscientists on research and is currently completing a doctorate in the Neuroscience of Leadership.  David lives in New York and Sydney, Australia.
