Registration is closed for this event
Building a value-added performance management process is a perennial quest for organizations and the source of much debate among business leaders and talent management professionals alike.

Join us on Monday, September 29 as ODNNY, in partnership with Milano School of International Affairs, Management and Urban Policy at The New School, kicks off its 2014/15 season with special guest speaker Matthew Kleinman. Matt will trace the design steps, decision points, and outcomes that one company encountered during its performance management redesign journey to boost the candor and richness in feedback conversations between employees and their managers.

Matt will explain how the company realized the importance of effective organization development principles and practices for creating a robust process and maximizing adoption. He will also detail the impact of the design changes and lessons learned. Don't miss this opportunity for learning, sharing, and connecting.
