Gifford has spent the past 25 years guiding business leaders in leadership and personal effectiveness. Many of his engagements in the United States and Europe have focused on changing culture and creating effective teams in both large organizations and complex family businesses. His creative energies and innovative approach often inspire clients to radical solutions. He creates customized workshops and programs that find solutions for companies in the midst of change.

TWILA THOMPSON

Twila’s educational and business consulting experience over the past 30 years encompasses a wide range of client engagements. She has worked with a diverse set of individuals, ranging from the CEO of one of the largest private companies in the US to senior military commanders, and has created ground-breaking programs for international charity and not-for-profit organizations, including work for NYU Stern School of Business, The Professional Performing Arts School in New York, The International Teachers Program and the Northeast Coalition of Educational Leaders.
