Cheryl Franz

Cheryl Franz, Ph.D. is currently Director, Talent & Organizational Capability at Pfizer Inc in New York City. Cheryl joined Pfizer in the fall of 2004 in the Sales Training function and quickly moved to providing organizational development and training support to various leadership teams within the financial, legal, technology, and commercial business. While at Pfizer she has taken a key role in supporting various corporate initiatives such as enhancing Engagement, High Potential Identification & Development, and Senior Leader Capability modeling. Prior to joining Pfizer, Cheryl worked at Ford Motor Company HQ in Dearborn Michigan where her experiences ranged from executive leadership development and coaching, leadership assessment, and personnel research.

Cheryl completed her Doctorate at Wayne State University in Organizational Psychology as well as Social Psychology. She has had the opportunity to teach topics in social & organizational psychology, data-based consulting and statistics at Wayne State University, University of Detroit – Mercy, and Teachers College at Columbia University. She is a member of the American Psychological Association, Society for Industrial & Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development Network, and Metropolitan New York Society of Applied Psychology.
