Charlotte Wagenberg heads her own consulting practice specializing in leadership and organization development, team-based management, individual and organizational performance improvement, change management; business, human resources and customer service strategy alignment, and the design and delivery of customized training programs in corporate, nonprofit, and governmental organizations.
Previously, Charlotte was a senior consultant with ODi, an international consulting firm and a vice president of organization development/internal consulting at a major NYC teaching hospital.
Charlotte works with clients on designing and managing their organizational change efforts through strategy formulation and deployment; diagnosing and removing obstacles to achieving strategic goals; developing senior management skills, implementing team-based management and leadership; providing senior management coaching; enhancing organizational performance through competency development; providing team and meeting facilitation, designing mentoring, career development and customized training programs.
She received master’s and doctoral degrees from Columbia University in Organizational Behavior and is an adjunct professor in the Health Policy and Management Program at NYU’s Wagner GraduateSchool of Public Service as well teaching in the Executive MBA Program at the Stern School of Business.
