Barbara Christian combines executive coaching and organizational development consulting to help her clients find innovative solutions. She partners with professionals in a thought-provoking and creative learning process that inspires them to maximize their professional potential. Her approach is enriched by a systemic view of the organization, her experience in organizational development and her business background. She currently works with Robert J. Lee, partner of iCoachNewYork a premier Executive Coaching organization that offers a suite of services including Executive Coaching, Internal Executive Coach Training and Executive Coach Supervision. She gained her vast coaching experience at OSB Consulting, Vienna, Austria, where she served as a strategic partner for over 400 entrepreneurs. Barbara helped executives translate their personal learning into business results by developing and implementing realistic business plans, drive organizational change and marketing initiatives and keep a keen eye on financial planning. She also gained hands-on experience and developed profound financial and analytical skills working in commodity trade finance in New York. Born in Graz, Austria, Ms. Barbara Christian holds a master degree in Organizational Change Management from Milano the New School for Management and Urban Policy, New York. Her academic research is focused on innovation and entrepreneurship. She is the winner of the 2007 SPPP of the Organization Development Network. Barbara also holds an MBA in International Management from Karl-Franzens University, Graz, Austria and a diploma in Financial and Credit Analysis from New York University, New York.
