In every industry, the pace of change is accelerating.  Everyone’s business environment is becoming more complex and interconnected.  More and more companies now realize that these powerful conditions call for agile organizations and agile leaders.  Yet only about 10% of today’s managers have the level of leadership agility needed for long-term success in this turbulent era.  

Until now, little has been known about what leadership agility looks like in practice or how to help managers develop this vital competency.
